Return/Exchange & Cancellation Policy:

If you would like to make a return/exchange, you have 3 days from the day you received your item to request a return/exchange. To qualify for a return/exchange, your item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for the cost of return/exchange shipping, so please use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of postage until we receive it.

Please handle all goods with care and take necessary precautions to ensure they are returned to us in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with tags intact, within 3 days of receiving the item. We reserve the right not to process a return/exchange if the item is not received within 3 days. Please do not use unnecessary force when trying on clothing and refrain from wearing perfume or deodorant, as these may leave marks or scents that render the item ineligible for return/exchange. We cannot issue refunds on items with broken hygiene seals or removed tickets. 

In order to avoid any disappointment by our customers, we advertise our products as accurately as possible with complete description, details and measurements along with professional photographs to ensure no misunderstanding arise for our online shoppers. Again, customers need to understand that pictures displayed on the website might be a little different than the original products as photographs are enhanced to appear vibrant, the lighting utilized during the photoshoot and also due to the brightness of the individual screen. We would advise you to thoroughly go through the size chart and other details before you confirm your purchase to avoid any inconvenience. CANCELLATION:

If you place an order and wish to cancel it, please do so within 24 hours of your purchase. Once the order is processed, no cancellation can be done.

DISCLAIMER:

All products are made in our workshop by artisans, any variation in terms of color difference to the original design must be overlooked as this might be due to photo editing or sensitivity of your device screen. However, rest assured the quality of product shall always be maintained.

Moreover, products with beads, embellishments or embroidery may have minor imperfections due to human/machine errors and this does not imply unattractiveness in the garment. Abayas with such intricate details are fragile and must be handled and cared for appropriately.
