What’s my abaya size?

An abaya is generally suppose to be a loose fitting outer garment to ensure comfort and feasibility in terms of movement and posture., hence our abayas are of free size in width. However sizes differ in the measurement of length only. If you are apprehensive in regards to the width being smaller for you while the length is appropriate according to the size chart, we suggest you opt for a size greater than you have selected, since abayas can always be altered in length to suit your requirement. If you wish to wear heels and maintain the length of abaya as well as its flow of the fabric, opt for a size greater than yours to maintain the full length of the abaya covering your feet. Please view our size chart for exact measurements before you place your order.

Can I get my abaya/hijab while I stay home or I’m at work or someplace else?

Of course, why not?! We ship worldwide. Entering your correct address of delivery (wherever you wish to get your order sent) will enable us and the courier company for easy, quick and hassle-free conveyance.

What are the shipping charges?

Please refer to our “shipping and delivery” policy.

Is COD available in my country?

As almost all our abayas are made-to-order, feasibility of COD is not convenient for our craftsmanship.

However, certain products are listed for COD locally in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

How long will I have to wait before I can wear my abaya/hijab?!

Our shipment duration varies based on the delivery destination and the product you purchase. All our products are “made-to-order” and their delivery might approximately take 3-4 weeks after you have placed your order.

How will I know if my order has been placed or my purchase has been dispatched?

As soon as you have placed an order, confirmation email will be sent to you along with your order details. Once the order is ready and dispatched, we will again notify you via email mentioning the tracking details for your package.

What if I wish to return my abaya/hijab or exchange it for another one??

What if I didn’t plan on confirming my order before I show it to my family/friends?

OMG! My abaya/hijab I received is damaged! What do I do??

As soon as you receive your parcel, we advise you to record while unpacking it. If the damage was caused due to shipment handling, we do not insure such charges. But if the misfortune occurred due to our negligence, we recommend you reach out to us ASAP with the recorded footage, delivery receipt and other details so that we may look into the matter and help you accordingly.

Are out of stock products ever restocked?

Restocking of products depends on the availability of material in the market or machine/manual labour for detailing. If ever the resources are accessible again, we shall restock the required products on our website/warehouse.

Can the accessories be purchased along with the abaya?

The images displayed for our products are done via professional photography and to enhance the aesthetics as well as the appeal, our models are styled using additional accessories. However, these are used for said purpose only and does not include in “purchase/cart” category.

An item in my package has been missing. What do I do?

The confirmation email for order and dispatch contains all the details you need. If an item is missing please review your “dispatch confirmation” to retrace your order. Sometimes items of same order are shipped in different packages as per the convenience of the courier company.

If the package has been misplaced in transit, please contact the shipping company asap.

If the all the packages has been sent to you and an item is still missing then please inform us with all the details asap and we shall guide you through it.
