• Fabric quality definitely add more durability and for this we used ‘Shammua’ to emphasise the pattern and flow as well as to make it worthy to last for a very long time.
• Body of abaya is of greyish black while the sleeves embody complete black with net.
• Classic straight cut abaya.
• Sleeves form the usp of this design, it’s partially balloon till a little below the elbow where they are scrunched up by drawstring ribbon pattern. Below it delicate see through lace forms a frill for cuffs.
• Self polka dotted textured fabric used for entire sleeve including the lace.
• Front open.
• Matching hijab inclusive.
A little too “frilled” to showoff those hand accessories.
Balloon or parachute sleeves are so in right now but wouldn’t it be too much on abayas you say?!
